Program process

US Immigration for Investors & Executives

  • A. Choosing your path, together. We start by understanding your profile — are you investing, transferring within your own company, or sponsoring someone on your team? — to confirm whether a permanent or a temporary route truly fits your goals and your timeline.
  • B. Building your file. For investors, this means a solid business plan and clearly documented source of funds. For executives and transferees, it means gathering the evidence that proves your role and your company’s relationship with its US office.
  • C. Filing the petition. We prepare and file the right form for your path — I-526E for EB-5, I-140 for EB-1, or I-129 for L-1 and E-2.
  • D. Government review. US immigration authorities examine your file. If they have questions or need more evidence, our legal team responds on your behalf.
  • E. Decision and entry. For permanent tracks, this means conditional or immediate green card status. For temporary visas, this means your visa is issued and you can begin working right away.
  • F. What comes next. For EB-5, we help you remove the conditions on your residence to secure your permanent green card. For L-1 and E-2 holders, we look ahead at renewal, or at whether a transition to a green card later makes sense for you.
